I know this update about Davao's Pasko Fiesta is long overdue but I still want to share with you the photos that I took. I've been wanting to take pictures during the holiday season but there were too many people so I didn't get the chance to do so. Coincidentally, my cousin from Nabunturan paid us a visit last January 3 so I took him there and he was really amazed seeing all the lights in the park.
To give you a little background, Pasko Fiesta sa Davao is an integration of festive and competitive Christmas during the entire month of December. The celebration kicks off with the lighting of the Christmas tree and the simultaneous switching on of Christmas lights in City Hall, City Council and its the surrounding parks. Actually we went there when they first switched on the christmas lights but I wasn't able to bring my digicam.

Ang ganda diba? I always stand in awe everytime I see those lights. It simply brings back the happy and wonderful Christmas memories that I have as a child.

Before I sign off, I would like to apologize to all my friends for not visiting your blogs as often as I do before. It's just that new opportunities are knocking on my door and they demand most of my time and I am also helping my sister prepare for her wedding this June. Matron of Horror ako eh. lol!
