"WHAT MAKES A MOM?" Hmmnn... I've been married for more than a year now and everytime my friends would ask me if I'm already pregnant or not, I always tell them that I am not ready to be a MOM yet. And their reply would be: "Why did you get married in the first place?" Hellerr!!! As if it's that easy! Does tying the knot really requires you to produce an offspring right away? What if you're not ready, like in my case. I think I need more time to learn how to be a WIFE first before going to the next level. The thought of giving birth and the responsibility of rearing children scares me. Yes, it SCARES ME. I am not ashamed to admit it. But of course, in due time, I want to get pregnant and have at least 3 children.
Well, I could't blame my friends for asking me that kind of question because the trend here in the Philippines is that you have to be pregnant just to "force" the guy to marry you. lol! 
It's called "PIKOT" and as the bride walks down the aisle, the choir will sing this song "Here comes the bride, six months inside!" Hehehe. 
Okay, I need to stop now coz I'm starving.

agi agi ko dri kay it's been a while na pod. lingaw baya ani imong post oi. having a baby right away or after a few more years is definitely a personal preference and getting married is not only for having babies. pero like u said, nakasayanan naman gud sa pinas so be it nalang sa uban, hehe!
I totally agree with you na tying the knot doesn't mean kailangan magbuntis ka na rin saka kung nde ka pa ready mas magandang wag ka muna magbuntis mas maganda kung ready ka na and time will come when you'll be a mommy
