Whatta Feast!

We had chicken adobo for dinner this evening and it was really yummy! I think I ate 2 cups of rice but the other one was brown rice so I don't feel that much guilt for pigging out. LOL! And Aunt A removed the chicken skin before cooking it so it wasn't greasy at all. No need for fat burning products! We also had fried salmon with toyomansi dip and freshly grilled squid! Yummo! This is one thing I like about California because you can have fresh seafood on the table all the time. Unlike in Utah, the ones we have are already frozen.
