My cousin just finished his master's degree in Japan and is now on the hunt for management jobs. He's hoping to find a company that will sponsor him so he can legally work there. As of now, his status is still a student but he was given another 2 years so he can find a job and try working as a management trainee. Last time I heard, he was called in for an interview but didn't accept the job offer yet because he was still waiting for other offers.
