Keeping Track of our Food through an Effective Diet Plan

I just love eating. I am passionate about it. And I think I’m not alone on this. More often than not, we hopefully crave for delicious food to be served to us the next meal. However, we always hear well wishers that we should take in food not only for survival or pleasure, but most importantly for good health. They do have a point. One should not just pig out for the sake of eating as we are greatly affected by the food that we take in. On the other hand, healthy eating is easier said than done. It requires us a firm determination and consistency in doing so. Many have tried but failed and I do not want that to happen in my case. I’d like to enjoy eating without the guilt.
