My cousin wants to try P90X to help him lose weight and build muscles in the process. But he's not quite convinced yet if it is the answer to his problem. So I told him to read this p90x review I saw online. The author of the said blog made a thorough review of P90x and explained how it works, how long it will last, how it measures up compared to other workout routines, the problems, etc.
