Keeping Up on Shoes for the Little Ones

When you are a stay at home mom, shoes may not be the top priority when you are shopping. At least, not the top priority for yourself. If your kids need shoes, though, it can be extremely important. As a SAHM, you may only have a few pairs of shoes for yourself, and these are frequently easy to slip on and off for when you need to run some errands.

On the other hand, depending on the age of your children, it may be very important that they get new shoes every year. For example, if your kids are in school, they will most likely need a few different styles and pairs of shoes. For example, they may need dress shoes, everyday shoes, and shoes that are specifically for gym class. This can add up, especially since a kid's feet are constantly growing. You may even run into a problem where you have to buy multiple shoes in different sizes throughout the year. This can get frustrating, but again is extremely important. If you child is younger, they may only need one pair of shoes for the most part. However, as mentioned, they grow out of them so quickly that you will find that you have to replace them frequently.

Depending on your style, you yourself may have one pair of shoes that you wear all the time, or you might have different types depending on the season. Either way, you will quickly find that you are not buying for yourself as often as you are for your kids. This also goes for clothing. Unfortunately, our little ones grow, and they grow quickly! Trying to keep up with the styles and sizes that your kids are going through can be a frustrating process.
