When we moved here in our new apartment, the first thing we asked the management to fix and replace was our shower faucets. It was very stiff and when I tried to turn the shower on, I heard a squeaky sound and boom - the handle fell off. So I immediately called the office for help and I was really impressed because in less than five minutes, the maintenance guy was knocking on our door and replaced the faucets right away. Now that's what you call fast service!
