Wednesday Night Line Up

I think I’ve told essentially everyone I know, but I’ll say it again just in case—the Wednesday night line up on ABC is the best evening line up since TGIF when I was growing up. Full House and Family Matters? Perfectly wonderful in its own right. The Middle and Modern Family? Even better. I can’t remember the last time I sat through two hours of television (well, it’s normally on DVR, so it takes less than two hours to watch) and didn’t get bored or annoyed with any of the material. There are four shows on back to back that are all brilliantly written. The actors are all hilarious, and the storylines are fresh every week. I looked forward to the new episodes coming back on after Christmas, and I have not been disappointed. It’s tough for me to pick a favorite between the four shows, but if I was forced to I think I’d choose The Middle. I’m pretty sure The Middle is one of the less popular shows, and I can’t figure out why. It’s such a great portrayal of a normal American middle class family. Seriously, you should tune in next week.
