The Swan Princess

As director of our Middle-School Performing Arts Center, I keep myself up-breast with the latest trends in staging modern plays and try to balance it with popular audience demands. For our Winter presentation…Sonia, our choreographer, and I picked Swan Princess and decided to add a modern twist to it. Our stage play selection runs the gamut from small cast shows to large cast shows…a variety that requires us to keep an extensive collection of props, costumes, and materials for stage decoration. Needless to say, school theatre plays and school theatre musicals are laborious and NOT easy to prepare that’s why for our Winter show “Swan Princess”, Sonia and I started to look around for bulk feather boas for sale online as early as June. To successfully make a stage-effect of enchantment mixed with glamour and magic, and to complete the swan ensemble, in my list of props to purchase are Marabou Boa-Heavy with Lurex, Dyed Coque Boa-Soild Color, Lightweight Turkey Ruff Boa, Pheasant Plumage Boa, Two-Tone Ostrich Boa, and Natural Iridescent Hackle Boa. All these we conveniently found at www.eskayfeathers.com. With feather boas set complete, all I need to worry now is finding elegant silk cloth and bright, flamboyant swan costumes.
