Have you ever thought of getting into a real estate business? For once, I did especially when I witnessed how our not-so-friendly neighbor got rich instantly. We thought at first that they won in the Mega Lotto but our "tsismosa" neighbors said that the wife was able to close a multi-million real estate deal. Wow! So that explains their rags to riches story. Hehe. They renovated their box type house into a two storey mansion making our humble home look like a servant's quarter. Hahaha! But then, this kind of career isn't stable because people don't buy real estate properties everyday. Our neighbor was just lucky because she was able to market a very "saleable" property. Oh well, I'd rather stick to my blogging career. Hehe.
